Meet your host outside the Tower Bridge entrance, on the west side of the North Tower. Your host will be clearly identifiable and will assist with your entry and instructions. Please arrive on time with your e-ticket downloaded and ready to present.

  2. Entry to the Monument is available from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Your host will help confirm your specific time.
  3. Tower Bridge entry includes a security check. Large bags and luggage are not permitted.
  4. The Monument has a narrow spiral staircase of 311 steps. It is not suitable for visitors with mobility issues, vertigo, or claustrophobia.
  5. Wait times at the Monument may be up to 30 minutes due to capacity limits (maximum 33 people at a time).
  6. Please bring your own headphones and scan the QR code on your voucher to download the audio guides in advance.
  7. Wear comfortable shoes for walking and stair climbing.
